The production of bellows seal valves mainly include casting/forging, machining, assembling, testing, painting and packing.

The castings/forgings of bellows seal valves will pass the examination first to ensure the materials and dimensions. If one casting has defect, it will be rejected. Castings without defect will be machined precisely in the work shop according to the confirmed technical drawings and standards.

After machined, all parts such as body, bonnet, disc, stem, bellows and yoke will be assembled properly. After assembly, the bellows seal valves should pass all the test include shell test, seal test, PMI test, dimension examination and other test request by clients. Sometimes, third party inspections are carried out by third party inspection institution like DNV, TUV and SGS etc.
