The production process of high temperature high pressure forged valves is as follows:

Body forged by various kinds of forged steel included carbon steel, Cr-Mo steel for high temperature, Stainless steel for corrosive medium, Alu-bronze for seawater etc.

There are lots of spare parts like yoke, stem and flange available in stock to deliver the forged valves in short time.

The forging or round bar are machined to be forged valves with BW ends, SW ends, Threaded ends as request.
