YFL Cast steel trunnion mounted ball valves are used as on-off valves widely due to excellent sealing performance and fast open and close. The trunnion ball is rotated by 90° to open or close the trunnion mounted ball valve.
YFL cast steel trunnion mounted ball valves technical features:
1. Two-pieces cast steel body for size 12'' and smaller, three-pieces cast steel body for sizes larger than 12'';
2. Trunnion mounted ball,spring loaded seat, anti-static spring, anti-blow out stem;
3. Full bore and reduced bore available, Flanged ends and BW ends available, Soft seal and metal seal available;
4. V-PTFE live loading as standard packing and graphite packing for high working temperature;
5. Double block and bleed, the medium entrapped can be discharge through vent valve and bleed valve to aovid overpressure in the valve cavity;
6. Fire safe according to API 607, BS 6755, Secondary metal to metal seal acts as backup when the primary soft seal is destroyed by fire.
