YFL Axial flow check valves are used to protect the Oil & Gas long distance pipeline equipments, oil transfer pump and compressors in large scale ethylene unit from damage caused by backflow.
YFL Axial flow check valve is mainly composed by body, disc, spring and diffuser. Thanks to the spring in axial flow check valve, the noise and vibration are reduced when the disc is closed, and the water hammer is also minimized to protect the pipeline and equipments.
The pre-pressed spring has sensitive response to small pressure difference, so the axial flow check valve can close the disc more quickly and solve the sealing problems which happen in conventional check valve when the back pressure is low. The spring is in material of Inconel X-750 which has excellent corrosion resistance, antioxidation and mechanical performance to ensure long working life and stable working performance.
The body, disc and diffuser are designed to be streamline flow passageway to reduce the flow resistance and pressure loss , so that the axial flow check valves have excellent flow rate performance.
There are primary metal seal and disc sealing ring in material of Viton as secondary soft seal for axial flow check valve to ensure fire safe and zero leakage. The sealing faces are overlaid with hard alloy steel to be wear resistant and anti-corrosive with long service life.
The axial flow check valve can be installed horizontally or vertically with compact structure and easy installation.
