YFL Corrosion Resistant PFA lined butterfly valves are designed for corrosive medium with body and disc lined with PFA which is a kind of fluoroplastic. The fluoroplastics like FEP and PFA are with stable chemical characteristic and corrosion resistant against various kinds of acids and alkali.
There are many small holes on the disc so that the fluoroplastics FEP or PFA can be lined on the disc tightly.
With smooth face of the disc lining and body lining, the friction during operation of FEP / PFA lined butterfly valves is very small, so the operation torque is low and the cost of the actuator will be lower.
