YFL Unidirectional seal knife gate valves have sealing ring inserted into the groove of the seat and locked by metal gland. The metal gland prevents the rubber sealing ring from leaving the seat groove when open and closes the valve. The sealing ring can be replaced easily by disassemble the metal gland when the seal ring is worn out.
When the unidirectional seal knife gate valve is closed, the sealing is realized when the gate is tightly contact with the sealing ring.
