YFL Two-piece body bidirectional seal knife gate valves have two-piece body design to fix the U shape rubber seal so that the rubber seal won’t leave the body groove when open and close the valve.
YFL Two-piece body bidirectional
seal knife gate valves have integral U shape rubber seal inserted in the body
groove. The integral U shape rubber seal has back seal on top to make the knife
gate valve has double packing seal. The packing of the knife gate valve can be replaced
on line.
When close the two-piece body
bidirectional seal knife gate valves, the gate will compress the rubber seal
into the bottom of the groove, the gate is sealed by the rubber seal in both
directions.
When the knife gate valve is opened, the flexible rubber seal will bounce back to the same height as the body groove, and then there is no space for residue accumulation, no blocking.
