YFL High temperature high pressure block valves made of forged steel are installed in main steam pipeline in power plants as isolation device to do water pressure test for whole boiler unit.
YFL power plants block valves technical features:
1. Integral forged body and pressure seal bonnet for high pressure and easy maintenance on line;
2. 12CrMoV, F91 and F92 materials for high temperature;
3. Assemble the block plate before water pressure test for boiler unit and pull out the block plate as normal valve in pipeline after water pressure test.
4. Short pipes welded on both ends of block valves.
