The anti-scour 4500lbs F91 steam traps are used as open and close device in main steam pipeline in power plants.
The anti-sour steam traps technical features:
1. The valve disc and valve seat are installed independently, both sealing faces are overlaid with satellite hard alloy, and they are under protection of flow guide bushing. So the valve disc and valve seat are wear resistant and the working life is much longer. And the valve disc and valve seat of the steam traps can be repaired or replaced on line without disassembly from pipeline.
2. The back sealing structure of the stem achieves excellent sealing performance when the valve is fully open and makes the packing replaced on line.
3. When open or close the steam trap, the stem doesn’t rotate but only go up and down, so the valve seat and disc are compressed tightly to achieve zero leakage sealing performance. And there is no friction between the cone sealing face of valve disc and valve seat to extend the service life of the sealing face.
4. The trust bearing installed on the stem nut realize easy operation with low torque.
