The 150#RF 1'' full bore ceramic V-notch ball valves are used to regulate the abrasive Alumina slurry accurately in production of Autocatalyst.
The abrasive working conditions in Umicore Autocatlayst production are as follow:
1. Pressure: 120 psi
2. Temperature: 60℃
3. Medium: abrasive Alumina slurry
4. Density: 1.7 specific gravity
5. Flow: 15 gpm
6. Function: Regulating
According to the working conditions above, we supply full bore fully lined ceramic ball valves with body lining, ball, seat all wet parts in material of ceramic and stem in material of Hastelloy C276.
The ceramic ball valves are with ISO 5211 mounting top flanges for pneumatic actuator installation by Umicore and V notch ball to regulate flow accurately.
The ceramic ball valves will solve the abrasion problems caused by abrasive Alumina slurry.
