Totally 107Ppcs of bellows seal valves exported to Philippines for thermal oil system and steam system. There are BW ends PN40 bellows seal Y type globe valves, flanged ends 300lbs Y type globe valve, 300lbs flanged ends bellows seal straight type globe valve and forged steel 300lbs flanged ends bellows seal gate valves etc.

The bellows seal valves use bellows and packing to achieve double seal to ensure excellent stem seal in critical applications such as thermal oil system in dyeing industry, steam system in power industry and poisonous medium like chlorine in chemial industry etc.

The body materials of bellows seal valves can be forged steel like A105, cast steel like WCB, GS-C25, or WC6, WC9 for high temperature applications.

After strict inspection and test, the bellows seal gate valves, bellows seal globe valves with carbon steel body  are painted well to be corrosion resistant.

After painting, the bellows seal valves are packed with plastic bag first and then protected well in plywood case to avoid painting damage during transportation.
