YFL wear resistant ceramic knife gate valves are ready for shipment. These knife gate valves will be used for abrasive fly ash for our old customer in coal-fired power plant. The disc of the knife gate valve is treated with nitriding to increase the hardness of the disc so that the disc can stand the severe abrasion caused by the fly ash.

And the disc sealing ring and the seat of the ceramic knife gate valve is made of ceramic, which has extreme high hardness, to be wear resistant against abrasive medium.

This time these ceramic knife gate valves are equipped with single acting spring return pneumatic actuators. They were supplied with double acting pneumatic actuator in previous orders.
