Our old customer in USA has placed order of the 150#RF 3'' V-port ceramic ball valves again. The body is made of forged carbon steel A105, however the inside of body is lined with Al2O3 ceramic to be wear resistant against the abrasive medium.

The balls of the ceramic ball valves are in material of ZrO2 ceramic and the seats are made of Al2O3 ceramic. Both ZrO2 ceramic and Al2O3 ceramic are with extreme high hardness to be abrasion resistant with much longer service life than metal.
