The abrasion resistant pneumatic ceramic double disc gate valves are equipped with double acting pneumatic actuator and limit switch to control the open and close position.

The wear resistant ceramic double disc gate valves have disc lined with ceramic sealing ring and ceramic seat so that the sealing face is ceramic to ceramic. Thanks to the extreme hardness of ceramic, the service life of the ceramic sealing is much longer than normal steel in severe abrasive working condition with solid particles like ash or powder.
